Every rule whose selector covers this component's kind or its category. Whether a rule fires depends on the design: its properties, its edges and its groups.
windowed-aggregation-without-watermark
Event-time windows need a watermark to know when a window is complete. Without one the processor either waits forever or closes windows early and silently drops late events.
- — all of these hold:
- — the node's `windowing` is "event-time"
- — the node's `watermarkSeconds` has no value

# yaml-language-server: $schema=../../schema/component.schema.json # Bytewax: Python dataflow engine on Timely Dataflow. Recovery is opt-in - recovery partitions are # sharded SQLite databases that must be created before the dataflow first runs - and when enabled it # reloads the last snapshot before resuming input, giving at-least-once processing # ("Bytewax Documentation, Recovery"). Without recovery, operator state lives only in worker memory. schemaVersion: "1" type: "component" id: "bytewax" kind: "stream-processor" provider: "default" docs: "https://docs.bytewax.io/latest/guide/concepts/recovery.html" defaults: managed: false windowing: "none" exactlyOnce: false stateBackend: "memory" properties: recovery: type: "boolean" default: false recoveryPartitions: type: "integer"
